To our valued clients and partners,
The health and safety of our employees is extremely important, as is the provision of quality services to our clients. We continue to actively monitor developments with our Pandemic Task Force to follow the Government’s guidance in order to reduce the spread of this pandemic.
As of Friday March 13, we restricted access of all our office locations to visitors, put a hold on attending industry events, stopped non-essential business travel, and have inventoried staff who are travelling for personal reasons and have assessed return to work protocols where needed. Employees returning from travel out of country are now requested to enter self-isolation for 14 days.
On March 17, employees who were able to work from home were asked to do so, as another precaution to limit spread and ensure the health of our employees, customers and the public, while allowing for service continuity.
The above measures follow on the steps we have already taken to date in order to manage exposure to the virus among employees, customers and industry colleagues through proper hygiene, sanitation, communications and the implementation of social distancing and self-isolation as directed.
Providing safe quality service to our clients remains paramount. Our business continuity plans are in place, and services will continue to be provided from our offices, employees’ homes or from the field as safe to do so.
